At the request of one of my neighbours, their charming beach cottage "Sandiways" is now included in the Vacation Rentals section of the website.
Sandiways is a real rustic beach cottage that has been in their family since the 1930's. Though decks, bedrooms and a renovated kitchen have been added over the years, there are still a few hints of days gone by, whether it be a few original corrugated iron walls, the charming outdoor shower (now solar-heated, of course), or the two flush loos which are privately tucked away amongst the greenery just off the back deck.
Being right on the water, the view from the front stoep can't be beat - perfect for sundowners, just plain old relaxing, reading a book, or wandering down to the river for a dip!

Sandiways sleeps up to ten people - four on (enclosed) front stoep, one in side-room, two bunks and a single bed in middle bedroom, twin beds make a king-size bed in back bedroom.
