Yoga

Picture
For the limber (or those that wish to be), twice-weekly sessions are led by local yoga enthusiast, Barry Greyvenstein each Wednesday & Friday, with start times varying depending upon the season:

  • Winter:  beginning at 3:00 p.m.
  • Summer:  beginning at  4:00 p.m.

The classes are usually held on the grass beneath a big tree on the north side of The Island (see map to the right).  It's a good idea to bring your own matt or towel - and keep in mind the sessions are weather-dependent.

Please call Barry to arrange attendance (as well as to confirm times and
possible venue changes) - or inquire about the annual yoga retreat they organize.  Barry may be reached on 078 256 2055 or 044 620 2826 - or send him an e-mail.
